Double tapered rotary vacuum dryer

Feature:

1.It is dried under vacuum, so at low temperature it has high speed to dry, for which it is energy saving, high heat utilization rate, especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials and easily oxidized materials.

2. Closed drying, no leakage, no pollution, suitable for drying strong stimulation, noxious materials.

3.The material in the rotating mixing and drying by which it can be dried to very low water content (<0.5%)and the uniformity is good. So it is suitable for different materials. 

4. Equipment has the advantages of compact structure, small area occupation, simple operation, and low labor intensity.

Configuration:

1.The drum: Type1. all stainless steel and internal deflector (guiding plate) inside; 

Type2.stainless steel drum, jacket and shell made by Q235 steel painted. deflector inside; 

Type3. stainless steel drum. jacket made by Q235 steel painted stainless steel shell, deflector inside: 

Tvpe4.qlass lined drum. Stainless steel shell or Q235 steel painted.

2.Transmission:①gear drive；②the chain wheel, chain transmission.

3.Seal: two types of rotary joints and mechanical seal, usually we use mechanical seal. For vacuum end we have patent product of anti-reverse suction one-way valve, please indicate in the contract if you need.

4. Electrical: if you have special requirements the dryer can be equipped with explosion-proof automatic control device, explosion-proof motor. It can also be equipped with a transformer for your optional order. 

5.Discharge valve: ①general butterfly valve; ②butterfly valve + easy blind plate; ③worm-gear butterfly valve lined with polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE)

6.Polishing: internal Ra≤0.45μm; external Ra≤0.45μm or Ra≤0.8μm

7. Vacuum pipe: stainless steel pipe or sintering pipe.

Precautions

1.After the equipment is installed, the shell is reliably grounded to eliminate potential static electricity safety hazards.

2. The maximum loading capacity is calculated according to the material density p=0.6kgL.

3. When ordering, without special instructions, the jacket working pressure is selected according to 0.2Mpa (hot water).
