Agitated Reactor

Features:

1. The series of products can adopts anchored, frame type, multiple impeller type, turbine type, propulsion and other forms of blender according to different working condition requirements and it can also be equipped with a certain number of baffles to improve mixing effect.

2.The equipments were equipped with explosion-proof motor, cycloid pin wheel, gear reducer, TB, (L) DJ type frame and single or double surface mechanical sealing or full closed magnetic sealing.

3. The series of products' heating and cooling process adopt the outer jacket, the outer half coil, honeycomb jacket or inner coil pipe structure and heating and cooling medium adopts steam, conducting oil, electric heating, water or frozen brine , ethylene glycol or liquid nitrogen.

4. Magnetic reaction vessel mainly adopts magnetic seal, which adopts static seal instead of the traditional packing seal and mechanical seal, by which achieves the whole reactor working in sealed condition. Therefore, it is more suitable for a variety of toxic, flammable, explosive and other extremely penetrating chemical medium stirring reaction. So, it is the most ideal equipment for process of sulfide, oxidation, hydrogenation, fluorination reaction of petrochemical, organic synthesis, pharmaceutical, food and so on.

5.The vessel material can be O2358-B carbon steel, 16MnR low alloy steel, lined of rubber, plastic, glass lined steel, glass, stainless steel, Titanium and composite board or others.
